We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle CPQ solutions tailored to meet client business requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, and Finance to streamline the quote-to-cash process and drive efficiency across pricing, quoting, and order processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Oracle CPQ implementations.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations within Oracle CPQ.

• Configure and customize CPQ modules including Product Configuration, Pricing, Quoting, Approvals, and Document Generation.

• Work with technical teams to support integration with other systems such as CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle CX), ERP (e.g., Oracle EBS, SAP), and other middleware.

• Participate in the full lifecycle of CPQ projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Develop functional documentation including solution design documents, user guides, test scripts, and training materials.

• Conduct system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.

• Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation.

• Stay current on Oracle CPQ updates and new features to recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle CPQ Cloud (BigMachines).

• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) business processes.

• Experience in CPQ functional configuration: Product Catalog, Rules, Pricing, Workflows, Approvals, and Document Engine.

• Ability to create and interpret functional/technical specifications.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

• Working knowledge of integrations with CRM (Salesforce, Oracle CX Sales) and ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle CPQ Cloud certification.

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.

• Background in manufacturing, high-tech, or similar industries using complex configuration.

• Familiarity with scripting languages like BML (Big Machines Language).
