Summary: The role of Oracle Reporting Consultant involves designing, building, and maintaining Oracle Cloud reports, primarily focusing on financial reporting. This fully remote position is a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for permanent placement, requiring collaboration with stakeholders to optimize reporting processes. The consultant will replace a long-standing contractor and will have opportunities to expand their Oracle skillset. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and maintain Oracle Cloud reports, with a focus on financial reporting.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across finance and operations to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Support the handover process with the outgoing consultant to ensure continuity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise and streamline reporting processes post-implementation.
  • Maintain documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Oracle Reporting Consultant, ideally within Oracle Cloud ERP environments.
  • Strong skills in tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, and/or Financial Reporting Studio.
  • Solid understanding of financial processes and how reporting supports decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Salary (Rate): £50,000.00
