Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Senior Functional Leads with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud / Oracle SCM Cloud.
We have five openings, each requiring deep functional expertise in a specific Oracle Cloud module. The ideal candidates will have strong end-to-end implementation experience, excellent business-process knowledge, and the ability to lead functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead functional design, configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Lead functional workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders.
- Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.
- Work closely with technical, integration, data, and offshore/onshore teams.
- Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-production stabilization.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Provide functional leadership and guidance to project teams.
- Drive Oracle Cloud best practices across the implementation.
- Participate in end-to-end Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives.
- Support project milestones that may require travel to Arizona and California.
Module-Specific Requirements
1. Senior Procurement / Purchasing Functional Lead
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement / Purchasing.
Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Experience with requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, suppliers, sourcing, receiving, and procurement configuration.
Experience leading end-to-end Oracle Procurement implementations.
2. Senior Order Management Functional Lead
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Order Management.
Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Experience with order capture, order orchestration, fulfillment, pricing, shipping, and returns.
Experience integrating Order Management with Inventory, Procurement, and Financials.
Ability to lead Order Management functional design and implementation.
3. Senior Manufacturing Functional Lead
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Manufacturing.
Experience with manufacturing execution, work orders, work definitions, production processes, and scheduling.
Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes.
Experience with end-to-end Oracle Manufacturing implementations.
Ability to work closely with Supply Chain and Manufacturing stakeholders.
4. Senior Inventory / Costing Functional Lead
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Inventory Management and Cost Management.
Experience with inventory organizations, subinventories, transactions, item management, and inventory valuation.
Experience with cost organizations, cost books, costing methods, cost accounting, and receipt accounting.
Strong understanding of Inventory and Costing integrations with other Oracle SCM/ERP modules.
5. Senior Product Data Hub / PIM Functional Lead
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Product Hub / Product Information Management (PIM).
Experience with product and item master data management.
Strong knowledge of item classes, catalogs, attributes, structures, lifecycle management, and change orders.
Experience with product data governance and data quality.
Experience integrating Product Hub/PIM with other Oracle Cloud modules.
Experience with enterprise product master / item master implementations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud / Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle SCM Cloud.
- Senior-level Functional Consultant, Functional Lead, or Functional Architect experience.
- Deep functional expertise in one of the five required modules.
- Experience with full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Strong business-process and Oracle Cloud configuration knowledge.
- Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to lead functional discussions independently.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Must be willing to travel 30–40% to Arizona and California for project milestones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certification.
- Experience with large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
- Experience with Oracle ERP/SCM integrations.
- Experience in global or multi-entity Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
- Experience working in complex enterprise or government-related environments.
This is a Government Cloud project, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States as a .
Candidates must be comfortable with 30–40% travel to Arizona and California during key project milestones. Travel expenses are mostly covered by the client.
