Summary: The Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant specializing in Order Management (OM) will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud SCM solutions, focusing on Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The role requires collaboration with business users to gather requirements and design functional solutions while ensuring effective support for end-to-end O2C processes. The consultant will also work with technical teams for integrations and provide post-implementation support. This position is fully remote and targets candidates based in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support Oracle Cloud Order Management (OM) and related SCM modules.
  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design functional solutions.
  • Support end-to-end O2C processes including order capture, fulfillment, pricing, and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and custom solutions.
  • Conduct testing, user training, and provide post-implementation support.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle SCM with at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations.
