Summary: The Oracle Cloud SCM Consultant will lead and support the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance solutions, leveraging deep functional expertise in Oracle Maintenance Cloud and asset lifecycle management. The role involves managing the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud SCM implementations and a proven ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the functional lead and subject matter expert for Oracle Maintenance Cloud across multiple projects.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle: requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, training, deployment, and support.
- Translate business requirements into system solutions that align with industry best practices.
- Configure and test Oracle Maintenance Cloud modules including Maintenance Work Orders, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Asset Hierarchy and Lifecycle, Maintenance Schedules and Work Definitions, Resource and Material Management, Maintenance Costing and Analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Projects, and Manufacturing.
- Develop functional design documents (FDDs), test scripts, and training materials.
- Support data conversion activities: asset master, work orders, PM schedules, BOMs, etc.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Assist in integration efforts with third-party systems (e.g., IoT, CMMS, ERP, Mobility).
- Conduct user training and workshops for business users and stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Maintenance Cloud (minimum 1-2 full lifecycle implementations).
- Expertise in EAM processes, maintenance strategies, and asset management best practices.
- Good understanding of Oracle SCM Cloud modules such as Inventory, Procurement, Projects, and Manufacturing.
- Ability to create business process documentation, solution design, and configuration workbooks.
- Experience in data migration and validation.
- Familiarity with Oracle Reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher) and dashboards.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Functional knowledge of mobile maintenance, IoT integration, and predictive analytics is a plus.
- Oracle Cloud Certification in Maintenance or SCM modules (preferred).
- Experience with industry-specific implementations (e.g., manufacturing, utilities, asset-intensive sectors).
- Exposure to tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST APIs.
