Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Receivables (AR) Functional Lead to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud AR implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Receivables modules, public sector experience, and a proven track record of leading full lifecycle implementations. This role requires strong client-facing skills, scope management experience, and the ability to lead functional design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Receivables (AR) implementations
  • Serve as Functional Lead for Oracle Cloud AR modules
  • Drive requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration
  • Manage client expectations, scope, and deliverables
  • Lead workshops and functional design sessions
  • Provide guidance on best practices and Oracle Cloud AR capabilities
  • Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams
  • Support testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and production deployment
  • Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution
  • Ensure successful delivery across full project lifecycle

Required Experience

  • Strong experience as Oracle Cloud Receivables (AR) Functional Lead
  • Minimum two (2) end-to-end Oracle Cloud AR implementations
  • Experience leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud AR deployments
  • Public sector project experience required
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing scope, timelines, and expectations
