Summary: The Oracle Cloud HCM Support Consultant role involves providing expert support for the Oracle HCM Cloud suite, particularly focusing on payroll processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the functional support expert for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Core HR, and related modules such as Talent Management and Absence Management.
  • Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and resolution of payroll and HR system issues, ensuring compliance with business requirements and regulations.
  • Support system configurations, including maintaining business rules, workflows, and other functional setups.
  • Assist with data management, including migration and validation of payroll and HR data using HCM Data Loader (HDL).
  • Facilitate payroll operations by resolving issues related to pay processing, reports, and system-generated outputs.
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards, with a focus on payroll insights, using Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI.
  • Work with end-users to identify pain points, recommend improvements, and provide training as needed.
  • Support testing efforts such as unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
