Summary: The Oracle Cloud HCM Support Consultant role involves providing expert support for the Oracle HCM Cloud suite, particularly focusing on payroll processes. The consultant will work closely with HR and payroll teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize configurations, and ensure smooth system operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the functional support expert for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Core HR, and related modules such as Talent Management and Absence Management.
  • Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and resolution of payroll and HR system issues, ensuring compliance with business requirements and regulations.
  • Support system configurations, including maintaining business rules, workflows, and other functional setups.
  • Assist with data management, including migration and validation of payroll and HR data using HCM Data Loader (HDL).
  • Facilitate payroll operations by resolving issues related to pay processing, reports, and system-generated outputs.
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards, with a focus on payroll insights, using Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI.
  • Work with end-users to identify pain points, recommend improvements, and provide training as needed.
  • Support testing efforts such as unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
