Role Purpose
We are looking for an experienced OTL Consultant who has configured Oracle Cloud Time and Labor (OTL) module. You will join a team consisting of HR business functional consultants who are advising the client and liaising with the systems integrator (SI) organisations. Your experience of configuring or advising on OTL and absence activities will support the client to understand how to best design and test the solution. The considerations that you identify will be key to advising our client.
Experience:
Your role will be to:
- Work with the client’s Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll experts to discuss and identify potential options to best meet the client’s needs.
- Attend meetings to understand the benefits, considerations, disadvantages and gaps in any design being proposed.
- Work in conjunction with the client to draft point of view papers explaining options to support the client's decision-making for design of the solution.
- Challenge and support the SI, where appropriate, to identify suitable options to be presented and discussed with the client so that they can make an informed decision.
- Use your experience of OTL in ERP implementations to support the client to draft test scenarios and test cases.
You will not configure the system in this role but having knowledge of this will be desirable.
