Description

• Experienced in Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including order capture, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
• Configured Oracle Order Management Cloud for order orchestration, fulfillment lines, pricing, holds, approvals, and transaction flows.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C business processes, including Quote-to-Order, Order-to-Ship, Order-to-Invoice, and Receivables.
• Implemented and configured Oracle Fusion Redwood UX to modernize O2C user experiences, pages, work areas, and role-based navigation.
• Worked with Redwood pages, extensions, personalization, and page composer capabilities to improve usability and streamline business processes.
• Configured Oracle Cloud Pricing, Inventory, Shipping, Receivables, and Global Order Promising integrations supporting O2C processes.
• Designed integrations between Oracle Order Management and external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP web services, and FBDI.
• Configured order orchestration processes, orchestration plans, process assignments, fulfillment steps, and exception handling.
• Worked with pricing strategies, price lists, discount rules, eligibility rules, and pricing calculations within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Supported integration of Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger for seamless financial processing.
• Developed functional requirements, solution designs, configuration documents, test scenarios, and process flows for Oracle Cloud O2C implementations.
