Summary: The Oracle Cloud O2C Support Consultant role involves providing hands-on support for Oracle r12 Order to Cash processes as part of a broader implementation for an international manufacturing company. The position requires deep expertise in Oracle r12 Supply Chain and Financials, with a focus on improving O2C operations and ensuring compliance in a regulated environment. The consultant will collaborate with business users and uphold documentation standards throughout the project. This is a contract position with a duration of 20 weeks, fully remote within the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on support and implementation of Oracle r12 Order to Cash modules
- Collaborate with business users to improve O2C operations and integrations
- Work within full lifecycle development and SDLC best practices
- Assist in processing EDI orders/invoices through Oracle middleware
- Uphold a high level of documentation and validation discipline in a regulated environment
Key Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Order to Cash processes and best practices
- Experience with Oracle r12: Order Management, Shipping Execution, Receivables, Inventory
- Oracle middleware integration experience (EDI)
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Excellent client-facing, consulting, and documentation skills
