Oracle Cloud O2C Support Consultant

Summary: The Oracle Cloud O2C Support Consultant will provide essential support for a leading client during the post go-live optimization phase of Oracle Cloud Solutions, specifically focusing on the Order to Cash (O2C) stream. This role is a contract position for an initial duration of six months and is fully remote. The consultant will be required to have functional knowledge and configuration skills in various Oracle Cloud modules related to finance. The position is classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support across the Oracle O2C stream during post go-live optimization.
• Utilize functional knowledge in Oracle Cloud Solutions, specifically in Finance (O2C), Accounts Receivable (AR), Advanced Collections (AC), and Cash Management (CM).
• Configure Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, and Cash Management modules.
• Demonstrate process knowledge of AR, AC, and CM.
• Configure out-of-the-box reporting tools such as OTBI and FRC, and possess knowledge of standard reports.
• Exhibit process knowledge of SSP, Proc, AP, and Expenses.

Key Skills:

• Functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Solutions.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, and Cash Management.
• Configuration skills for relevant Oracle modules.
• Process knowledge of financial operations related to O2C.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and standard reports.
• Understanding of SSP, Proc, AP, and Expenses processes.
