Oracle Cloud O2C Support Consultant

Summary: The Oracle Cloud O2C Support Consultant role involves providing support for Oracle Cloud solutions, specifically in the O2C stream, during post go-live optimization. This is a contract position for an initial duration of six months, fully remote, and classified as inside IR35. The consultant will leverage their functional knowledge in finance-related modules to assist the client effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support across the Oracle Cloud O2C stream during post go-live optimization.
• Utilize functional knowledge in Oracle Cloud Solutions, specifically in Finance (O2C), Accounts Receivable (AR), Advanced Collections (AC), and Cash Management (CM).
• Configure Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, and Cash Management modules.
• Implement and configure out-of-the-box reporting tools such as OTBI and FRC, and understand standard reports.
• Demonstrate process knowledge of AR, AC, CM, SSP, Proc, AP, and Expenses.

Key Skills:

• Functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Solutions, particularly in Finance (O2C), AR, AC, and CM.
• Experience in configuring Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, and Cash Management.
• Understanding of process knowledge related to AR, AC, CM, SSP, Proc, AP, and Expenses.
• Ability to configure OOTB reporting tools like OTBI and FRC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
