Summary: The Oracle Cloud Intercompany Setup Expert will be responsible for designing and configuring intercompany processes within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, ensuring seamless integration across various modules. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure intercompany processes, including transaction flows and accounting rules.
- Ensure cross-module integration of intercompany processes across Financials, SCM, and Projects.
- Define and maintain intercompany accounts and legal entity relationships.
- Implement automated invoicing, reconciliation, and settlement processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Cross-Module Integration:
- Ensure seamless integration of intercompany processes across modules such as Financials (GL, AP, AR), SCM, and Projects.
- Collaborate with functional leads to align intercompany setups with business operations.
- Chart of Accounts and Legal Entity Mapping:
- Define and maintain intercompany accounts, balancing segments, and legal entity relationships.
- Ensure compliance with global accounting standards and internal financial policies.
- Automation and Workflow Configuration:
- Implement automated intercompany invoicing, reconciliation, and settlement processes.
- Configure approval workflows and exception handling for intercompany transactions.
- Testing and Validation:
- Lead system testing (SIT, UAT) for intercompany setups and related financial transactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration or data issues during testing and post-go-live.
