Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Engineer for a 3-6 month contract with a prestigious hospitality brand in the UK. The role involves designing and implementing a secure Oracle Cloud environment while adhering to best practices. The position is primarily remote with occasional trips to London. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OCI and Terraform, among other skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and implement a secure, scalable Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environment following Oracle's most current best practices and architectural standards.
- Create a infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)-Terraform for environments including Production, Development, UAT, and Test.
- Ensure robust security configuration, identity and access controls, and well-documented architecture.
- Set up and manage Site-to-Site VPN connectivity as part of the broader infrastructure build-out.
- Support the integration and deployment of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) within the OCI environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with infrastructure and security goals.
- Bonus: Experience with Oracle Fusion/ERP SaaS systems integration or deployment.
Key Skills:
- Proven hands-on experience designing and deploying infrastructure in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Strong knowledge of Terraform and IaC principles.
- Familiarity with OCI compartments, policies, and IAM configurations.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing Site-to-Site VPNs within cloud environments.
