Summary: Solution IT Inc. is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant with OIC expertise for a remote position. The role requires extensive experience in Oracle HCM and Oracle Integration Cloud, focusing on various HCM modules and integrations. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize 12+ years of Oracle HCM Technical experience, including 4+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
- Develop and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Work with Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.
- Create OIC integrations, REST & SOAP Web Services, HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formula, BI Publisher Reports, and OTBI.
- Integrate Oracle HCM with third-party applications including payroll providers and identity management systems.

- 12+ years of Oracle HCM Technical experience.
- 4+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Expertise in various Oracle HCM modules.
