Summary: The role of Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management Consultant focuses on implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, specifically in Succession Planning and Dynamic Skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Succession Planning and Oracle Dynamic Skills.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and Cloud Map workshops with HR and Talent stakeholders.
  • Perform gap-fit analysis, solution design, and functional documentation.
  • Configure Succession Planning features including Incumbent based, Job based, and Position based Succession Plans.
  • Design and implement Dynamic Skills, including enterprise skills taxonomy and skills library.
  • Support configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), data setup, and production cutover.
  • Partner with technical, reporting, and security teams to ensure end-to-end solution delivery.
  • Support client demos, training, and post go-live stabilization.

  • 2-3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with Succession Planning and Oracle Dynamic Skills.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Talent Profiles, Career Development, and Performance and Goal Management.

The ideal candidate will have 2 3 end-to-end Oracle Talent Management implementation experience and will play a key role in designing, configuring, and delivering skills driven talent solutions aligned with business strategy and Oracle best practices.

  • Conduct requirements gathering and Cloud Map workshops with HR and Talent stakeholders
