The Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to create scalable HR solutions that align with enterprise strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution architecture for Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management and Recruiting modules
  • Define, design, and implement Oracle Fusion Recruiting workflows and configurations
  • Translate business needs into system functionality and architecture roadmaps
  • Provide subject-matter expertise across Talent, Performance, Learning, and Recruiting
  • Drive best practices, governance, and platform optimization
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to design end-to-end HCM process solutions
  • Support integrations, extensions, reporting, and security architecture
  • Conduct impact assessments for enhancements and releases
  • Mentor and guide implementation and support teams
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise and security standards
