Summary: This role involves working as part of a team of Oracle Cloud experts to implement and support the Core HR & Compensation modules within Oracle Cloud. Responsibilities include data conversion, interface strategies, production support, and user assistance, ensuring a smooth transition to the software. The position also requires collaboration with internal customers to optimize system use and identify process improvements. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support data conversion/validation and various interface and sync strategies during implementation.
  • Provide best practice recommendations related to configuration and design.
  • Offer production support and assist with knowledge transfer activities post go-live.
  • Test quarterly releases and ensure a smooth transition process to the software.
  • Provide solutions to internal customers and roll out new functionalities.
  • Identify potential process improvements and troubleshoot problems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Core HR and Compensation modules.
  • Successful completion of at least three full life-cycle Oracle Cloud Core HR implementations.
  • Experience implementing additional Oracle Cloud modules is a plus.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM is a plus.
  • Health care industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience with ServiceNow software.
  • Experience supporting HR-related functions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience supporting system implementations and upgrades.

Detailed Description From Employer:

This position serves on a team of Oracle Cloud subject matter experts working on the implementation and post go-live support of the Core HR & Compensation modules within the Oracle Cloud. During the implementation, this person will be responsible for supporting data conversion/validation, various interface and sync strategies, and providing best practice recommendations related to configuration and design. Post go-live this position will provide production support, assist with knowledge transfer activities, test quarterly releases, and help ensure an overall smooth transition process to the software. This role will also provide internal customers such as Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) with the best possible solutions to utilize the system, roll out new functionality, identify potential process improvements, troubleshoot problems, and provide user support. This person will perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Core HR and Compensation modules.
  • Successful completion and/or participation in at least three (3) full life-cycle Oracle Cloud Core HR implementations.
  • Experience implementing additional Oracle Cloud modules is a plus.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM is a plus.
  • Health care industry experience is a plus, including familiarity with regulated or large-scale operational environments.
  • Experience with ServiceNow software.
  • Experience supporting HR-related functions including Human Resources, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Performance Management, Absence Management, and Benefits.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify issues and determine corrective actions.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize workload, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business users, and leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, and quarterly release cycles.

Education & Experience

  • A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics/Statistics, Telecommunications, Data Communications, or a related field of study
