Summary: We are seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, and Oracle Time and Labor modules. The role involves working closely with clients to gather requirements, configure the Oracle Cloud HCM system, and provide ongoing support and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and a strong understanding of functional processes within the Oracle Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations and solutions within Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Configure, test, and deploy solutions for Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, and OTL modules.
  • Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct system testing, data validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Create functional documentation including configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions.
  • Deliver end-user training and provide post-go-live support.
  • Stay updated with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and provide impact analysis and recommendations to clients.
  • Participate in project planning, status meetings, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
