Summary: The role of Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits Consultant involves providing functional expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically focusing on Benefits for a cloud implementation. The consultant will be responsible for stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and documentation, while also assisting in system health checks and Open Enrollment preparations. A minimum of five years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and multiple full-lifecycle implementations is required. This position is remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Strong requirement gathering.
- Create and manage suitable documentation for integration.
- Participation in a health check on current system set-up, review, discuss, document findings and recommendations, prioritize findings and support issue resolution.
- Assist with Open Enrollment preparation planning, configuration, testing, resolution of suspended enrollment, running Open for benefit eligible employees and resolving issues.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM in one or more modules; with an emphasis on Benefits.
