Summary: The Oracle Cloud Fusion Developer role involves supporting the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Oracle Cloud Fusion, specifically within the HCM suite. The position requires expertise in developing, testing, and documenting technical solutions, as well as a strong understanding of various Oracle Fusion tools and integration development. Candidates should possess hands-on experience with complex SQL and PL/SQL queries and knowledge of cloud computing concepts. Familiarity with APEX, Java, and Oracle Analytics Cloud is considered advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of an Oracle Cloud Fusion deployment and ongoing support.
  • Develop, test, debug, implement, and document technical solutions in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
  • Must have experience in full life cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
  • Must have good functional understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM Suite such as Workforce Development, Payroll, Benefits, OTL, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management etc.
  • Must have technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM tools such as HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, Fast Formulas, Workflows, Page & Application Composers & VBCS.
  • Must be proficient in Fusion-based Integration development utilizing OIC and SOAP/REST web services.
  • Must have hands on knowledge of writing and troubleshooting extremely complex SQL and PL/SQL queries.
  • Must have knowledge of cloud computing including SaaS and PaaS.

Knowledge of APEX, java and Oracle Analytics Cloud is a huge plus
