Summary: Experienced Oracle Functional Financials consultant needed for a consulting client to implement Oracle Cloud solutions across multiple continents. The role requires a strong background in Oracle Financials and involves developing training programs and improving finance processes. The consultant will also support expert users and work closely with finance teams. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & support expert users in the business and work with them to increase their understanding and capabilities in Oracle.
• Work with the internal change team to develop a formal Oracle training program.
• Embed ownership of finance processes within all areas and regions of the business.
• Work with finance teams to improve existing working practices and introduce new ones.
• Testing and Training.

Key Skills:

• End to end Oracle Financials implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of core Oracle Financials Tax, FA, GL.
• Stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills and strong requirement gathering.
• Must be UK / European based candidate.
