Summary: The Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant will lead Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, focusing on Financials and Procurement. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, conducting business process analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and business needs are met. The consultant will also drive data migration strategies and support training and change management efforts. The position is remote with occasional travel to site and requires a UK-based candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle Fusion ERP implementations (Financials, Procurement)
- Conduct business process analysis, fit-gap assessment, solution design, and functional configuration
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and compliance needs
- Drive data migration strategy, test planning, cutover, and post-go-live support
- Develop and deliver OTBI dashboards and reports for operational and strategic decision-making
- Support training, change management, and documentation efforts for smooth adoption
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (Finance, Procurement)
- Full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations with demonstrable ROI/KPI delivery
- Strong knowledge of at least four modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PPM, Procurement & Sourcing
- Expertise in business process mapping, requirements gathering, functional specs, and UAT
- Integration experience using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and APEX Web Services
- Proficiency in OTBI, SmartView, and other Oracle reporting tools
- Familiarity with legacy Oracle EBS (R11/R12) and transition planning to Fusion Cloud
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
