Summary: The Oracle Cloud ERP Training Consultant will design and deliver comprehensive training for end-users and super-users as part of an Oracle Fusion ERP implementation. This role is primarily remote but requires periodic travel to the Middle East for key project phases. The consultant will create training materials, conduct training sessions, and support user acceptance testing while collaborating with various teams to ensure training aligns with local practices. Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Financials modules and strong instructional design skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver Oracle Fusion ERP Financials training for end users, super users, and finance stakeholders
  • Conduct training needs analysis aligned to business processes and system configuration
  • Create high-quality training materials including training manuals, user guides, process flows, quick reference guides, presentation decks, and system simulations
  • Deliver training via virtual instructor-led sessions, classroom-based training (on-site in the Middle East), and train-the-trainer sessions
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coaching users and validating process understanding
  • Provide floor-walking and hypercare support during go-live and post-go-live phases
  • Collaborate closely with functional consultants, change management, and business teams
  • Ensure training content reflects local business practices and regional requirements

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion ERP Financials Training Consultant
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), and Expenses
  • Experience delivering training in large, complex ERP transformation programs
  • Strong instructional design and adult learning expertise
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Design, develop, and deliver Oracle Fusion ERP Financials training for end users, super users, and finance stakeholders
  • Conduct training needs analysis aligned to business processes and system configuration
