Summary: ASSYST is looking for an experienced Oracle Developer specializing in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M) to enhance its utility systems. The role requires hands-on development within the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and involves training internal IT staff for sustainable knowledge transfer. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Oracle C2M solutions within the OUAF framework.
  • Configure and customize C2M modules to meet functional and technical business requirements.
  • Develop integration components between Oracle C2M and KUBRA payment systems, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable payment processing workflows.
  • Leverage APIs, XAI, and web services (SOAP/REST) for external system integrations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
