Summary: The role of Oracle ATR (Acquire-to-Retire) Fusion Functional Consultant involves leading the ATR processes within Oracle Fusion Financials. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting solutions related to fixed assets and capital accounting throughout the asset lifecycle. This position requires extensive experience in ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion Financials, with a focus on capital accounting. The consultant will also engage in stakeholder communication and documentation to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional workshops covering capital procurement, asset capitalization, depreciation, transfers, retirements, and asset accounting
- Analyze current-state processes and design future-state ATR solutions aligned with Oracle Fusion best practices
- Configure Oracle Fusion modules including Fixed Assets (FA), SLA, GL, and integrations with AP and PO
- Design asset books, categories, depreciation methods, and accounting rules
- Develop documentation including BPDs, FDS, and configuration workbooks
- Support asset data migration, reconciliation, and audit validation
- Validate integrations across P2P, R2R, and upstream systems
- Execute SIT/UAT testing, period-close simulations, and depreciation runs
- Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities
Key Skills:
- 10–15+ years of ERP experience with 7+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials (ATR / Fixed Assets focus)
- Strong expertise in capital accounting, asset lifecycle, and depreciation accounting
- Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets and SLA
- Experience with FA-to-GL reconciliation and audit controls
- Experience with integrations (OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs) and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)
- Experience with data migration and legacy system reconciliation
- Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
- Oracle Cloud Financials certification preferred
