Summary: Amazech Solutions is seeking an Oracle AP / Cash Management Functional Lead to join their team remotely. The role requires extensive experience in Oracle Fusion A/P and cash management processes, including implementation and configuration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing data feeds and workflow configurations. This position is part of a rapidly growing IT solutions and staffing company based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead at least two full implementations of Fusion A/P source-to-pay.
- Implement the Oracle Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR) module for invoice creation.
- Configure processes including distribution sets, payables options, and tax codes.
- Manage business processes related to payment cycles and reconciliations.
- Configure and transmit ACH payment files and manage wire payments.
- Oversee workflow, approval routing, and reporting functionalities.
- Manage data feeds with Oracle EDM and conduct testing and training.
- Configure cash management functionalities, including bank accounts and reconciliation rules.
Key Skills:
- Experience with Oracle Fusion A/P source-to-pay implementations.
- Knowledge of Oracle Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR) module.
- Expertise in configuration processes and business processes.
- Experience with ACH payment files and banking integrations.
- Strong skills in workflow configuration and management.
- Ability to manage data feeds and conduct training.
- Experience in cash management module configuration and support.

We are looking for an Oracle AP / Cash Management functional Lead to work remotely.
Required skills/Experience:
- Experience with at least two full implementations of Fusion A/P source-to-pay.
- Experience with at least one full implementation of the Oracle Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR) module to automatically create invoices.
- Expertise in configuration processes (distribution sets, payables options, payment tolerances, tax codes, matching, etc.)
- Expertise in business processes (payment cycles, reconciliations, etc.)
- Configuration and transmission of ACH payment files, positive pay, and wire payments
- Configuration and operations of workflow, approval routing, standard/ delivered reports, and expense reports
- Experience managing data feeds with Oracle EDM (i.e. GL master data), workflow configuration, testing, and training.
- Cash management: configuring, implementing, and supporting module functionality. Also includes configuring bank accounts, statements, and reconciliation rules, managing integrations with banking interfaces
