Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Advanced Collections (E-Business Suite) Functional Consultant to enhance Oracle Receivables and Advanced Collections processes in an enterprise ADP environment. The role involves remote collaboration with business users and technical teams, providing functional expertise and support, with occasional travel as required. The consultant will be responsible for configuration, troubleshooting, and documentation related to collections processes. This is a long-term contract position focused on improving collections strategies and customer account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, support, and enhance Oracle Advanced Collections (EBS)
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand collections strategies, dunning, and customer account management
- Configure and maintain:
- Collection strategies and work queues
- Scoring, aging buckets, and delinquency rules
- Dunning letters and correspondence
- Support integration between Advanced Collections and Oracle AR
- Assist with customer profile setup, credit limits, and account balances
- Troubleshoot collections, AR aging, and transaction-related issues
- Support month-end close and AR reconciliation activities
- Prepare functional documentation (FDDs, setup documents, SOPs)
- Participate in UAT, regression testing, and patch validation
- Collaborate with technical teams on:
- Reports, workflows, and personalization
- Data fixes and enhancements
- Provide production support and root-cause analysis
- Travel onsite as needed based on business requirements
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Advanced Collections
- Solid understanding of Oracle Receivables (AR)
- Experience supporting enterprise collections processes
- Knowledge of credit management, aging, and customer account lifecycle
- Experience working in remote delivery models
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Willingness to travel onsite on demand
