Role Description
The Operations Support Assistant is a remote, contract role responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities across Just’s services.
This includes handling administrative tasks, updating and maintaining operational records and systems, and assisting with coordination between internal teams and external suppliers.
The role involves monitoring workflows, resolving basic operational issues, and escalating more complex matters as needed to ensure smooth service delivery.
The Operations Support Assistant will also respond to customer and client queries, prepare simple reports and summaries, and help refine processes to improve efficiency and service quality.

- Strong operations and operations management skills to support daily workflows and process coordination.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, identify issues, and support continuous improvement activities.
- Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Customer service experience, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a calm, respectful manner.
- Comfort working with digital tools, spreadsheets, and cloud-based systems; experience in technology-enabled services is an advantage.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
- Ability to work independently, follow established procedures, and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Prior experience in operations support, financial services, or debt management is beneficial but not required.
