Summary: The Operations Associate role at Crossing Hurdles involves supporting recruitment efforts by managing communication channels, conducting research, and maintaining data integrity. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inbound messages from centralized communication channels, responding promptly in alignment with campaign objectives
- Prepare target lists and support outbound outreach efforts; maintain professional communication at all times
- Conduct independent research to identify, compile, and organize structured datasets; manually enrich and verify data when automation is insufficient
- Source candidate, prospect, or partner information from public records, websites, and databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Track, log, and report communications and research activities
- Assist in ad hoc projects requiring structured research or operational execution
- Support development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)

- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to execute high-volume, repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
- Comfortable with online research, data scraping, and working with spreadsheets
