Summary: The Operations Analyst role is a 12-month contract position within a global tech company's workforce operations team, focusing on managing vendor relationships and financial tracking. The analyst will validate invoices, analyze vendor performance, and drive operational improvements while collaborating with global stakeholders. This position requires a detail-oriented and data-savvy individual capable of handling complex financial data. The role is fully remote and offers a competitive daily rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate monthly and quarterly invoices from up to 12 global outsourcing partners across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
- Build and maintain dashboards to highlight cost-saving or vendor expansion opportunities.
- Centralise and improve SPIFF (Sales Performance Incentive Fund) strategies and forecast models.
- Conduct monthly deep dives into vendor spend actuals vs. forecast and flag key variances with clear commentary.
- Work cross-functionally with regional leads and internal planning teams to resolve data issues and streamline processes.
- Create and present high-level vendor performance reports for internal stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrated experience working in data-heavy roles involving invoice validation or financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency — including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
- Ability to manage high volumes of administrative work accurately and independently.
- Strong analytical mindset with a solid grasp of business planning, resource allocation, and cost forecasting.
- Experience with SQL.
