Job Overview: Our client is looking for an Operations Admin Coordinator (Construction & Trade Services) for the business owner, taking full ownership of client communication, scheduling coordination, and administrative operations that keep the business running smoothly. This role offers genuine autonomy—you'll be the middleman between customers and the lead electrician, managing changing schedules, following up on inquiries, ensuring accurate invoicing, and coordinating with wholesalers to maintain pricing accuracy. You'll step into tasks previously handled by the owner, allowing them to focus on business growth while you maintain daily operations with professionalism and efficiency.

Client Overview: Our client is a growing electrical services company based in Tasmania, Australia. Founded and operated by a dedicated partnership, the business is expanding beyond its original two-person team and now seeks offshore support to scale operations efficiently. They provide professional electrical services to residential and commercial clients throughout the Hobart region.

Schedule: 4 hours per day Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) (20 hours per week) Monday, Tuesday & Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Wednesday & Thursday: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
