Summary: The Operational Resilience & Business Continuity Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the organization's operational resilience framework and business continuity system. This role involves identifying risks and creating strategies for disaster recovery management. The position is offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract with a remote working arrangement, requiring occasional site visits if local. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• To review and develop the operational resilience framework so that it is in line with industry best practices (ISO22301) and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate the completion of Business Impact Assessments (BIA's).
• Completion of a Business Continuity maturity assessment and the implementation of a maturity development plan.
• Review, design and execute business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure resilience strategies are integrated into all business processes.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of resilience strategies, make recommendations and implement improvements.
• Plan and coordinate BC and DR testing.
• Lead and own continuous improvement.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Excellent project management and organisation skills.
• Relevant certifications are desirable.
