Operating Model Consultant

The Role

You’ll work at Consultant level as part of a digital operating model programme, helping shape how digital teams and capabilities are structured and delivered in support of wider business strategy.

Key areas of focus include:

• Developing and shaping Digital Operating Models.
• Creating and applying prioritisation frameworks.
• Aligning operating models with business strategy and organisational objectives.
• Supporting business transformation and digital change initiatives.
• Working with senior stakeholders to define and communicate operating model recommendations.
• Facilitating workshops and turning complex requirements into practical solutions.

Ideal Background

We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following: Business Transformation, Business Architecture, Digital Operating Models, Operating Model Design, Digital strategy and transformation.

You’ll need strong consulting and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work independently and quickly add value in a fast-moving government environment.
