Summary: The OpenText xECM & SAP Integration Expert role involves the installation, configuration, and administration of OpenText xECM for SAP, along with integrating it with various systems like S/4HANA and Ariba. The position requires a deep understanding of both OpenText and SAP interactions, as well as proficiency in technical skills such as ABAP and RESTful development. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and administer OpenText xECM for SAP (Content Server, Archive Server, OTDS).
- Manage metadata (OCC/Enterprise Scan), create categories, and configure live/web reports.
- Design and develop workflows and Smart UI interfaces.
- Perform new environment setup, upgrades, OSS Note analysis, and health checks.
- Integrate xECM with S/4HANA, Ariba, and 3rd-party systems.
- Implement SSO via OTDS and manage SAP authorization for OpenText.
- Maintain a deep understanding of xECM and SAP interaction beyond attachments.
- Utilize ABAP for custom integrations and OpenText API usage.
- Proficiently handle Content Server, Archive Server, and OpenText security roles.
- Skilled in RESTful ABAP, OT scripting, JavaScript, SQL, and OOP.
- Familiar with SOAP, REST, WSDL, SOA, and full-stack development.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and documenting configurations/customizations.
Key Skills:
- Proficient in Content Server, Archive Server, and OpenText security roles.
- Skilled in RESTful ABAP, OT scripting, JavaScript, SQL, and OOP.
