Summary: The OpenText xECM Expert role requires a professional with extensive knowledge in installing, configuring, and administering OpenText xECM for SAP solutions. The position involves integrating xECM with various SAP modules, managing authorizations, and developing workflows and reports. Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and configuration of OpenText xECM for SAP solutions.
  • Administering xECM solutions, including configuring reports and export functionalities.
  • Developing categories and performing metadata extraction.
  • Designing, developing, and modifying workflows within OpenText Content Server.
  • Building and modifying reports and custom taxonomy metadata.
  • Creating role-based Smart UI interfaces for business users.
  • Setting up new environments and performing health checks of S4 xECM environments.
  • Integrating xECM with SAP modules and managing SAP authorizations.
  • Documenting configurations and customizations.
  • Identifying and resolving issues related to xECM configuration and integration.

OpenText xECM Expertise:
Installation and Configuration: Strong understanding of installing, configuring, and administering OpenText xECM for SAP solutions, including Content Server, Archive Server, and OTDS.
Administration: Experience with administering xECM solutions, such as configuring live reports, web reports, scheduling, and export functionalities.
Metadata Management: Ability to develop categories and perform metadata extraction using tools like OCC/Enterprise Scan.
Workflow Design & Development: Good knowledge of designing, developing, and modifying workflows within OpenText Content Server.
Reporting & Development: Experience building and modifying reports (Live Reports, WebReports) and custom taxonomy metadata.
Smart UI Interfaces: Ability to build role-based Smart UI interfaces for business users.
Responsible for new environment setup/upgrades/OSS Note Analysis and health checks of S4 xECM environments.
2. SAP Integration Skills:
