Opentext VIM Consultant with SAP Integration/ 100% Remote- Only W2 hiring; No C2C

Summary: We are seeking an experienced OpenText VIM Consultant to join our client's team, focusing on the implementation and support of OpenText VIM solutions integrated with SAP systems. The role requires strong expertise in configuring VIM components and collaborating with business users to gather requirements. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing process improvement recommendations. This position is fully remote and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support OpenText VIM solutions integrated with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure VIM components including ICC, DP, Invoice Capture Center, and Document Processing.
• Integrate OpenText VIM with SAP MM, FI, and AP modules.
• Perform system testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve VIM-related issues and provide process improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and performance.

Key Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP VIM implementation/support projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM / FI / AP processes.
• Hands-on experience with OpenText VIM 7.x / 16.x versions.
• Experience with SAP Workflow and Archiving.
• Understanding of Invoice Processing, Document Management, and OCR tools.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
