Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior OpenText VIM Consultant with over 10 years of SAP experience to join our delivery team. The role focuses on implementing and optimizing OpenText Vendor Invoice Management solutions within SAP environments, emphasizing strategic leadership and hands-on solution delivery. The ideal candidate will drive automation and efficiency in enterprise Accounts Payable operations while collaborating with various teams. This position is remote and requires a candidate from the EST time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver OpenText VIM implementation and support projects across SAP environments.
  • Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of OpenText VIM with SAP FI/MM modules.
  • Design, configure, and optimize invoice processing workflows, exception handling, and approval processes.
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution for VIM systems.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Create detailed technical documentation, configuration guides, and architecture designs.
  • Mentor junior consultants and drive knowledge transfer within the team.
