Summary: The OpenText Exstream Lead role involves leading discussions with customer IT and business teams to implement best practices in architecture and forms development using OpenText Exstream. The position requires participation in the entire system development lifecycle, managing document processing and delivery initiatives, and collaborating with various teams across different platforms. The candidate will also be responsible for deploying code, troubleshooting issues, and providing production support. This is a remote position based in the USA for a duration of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in discussions with customer IT, business and suggest best practices on Architecture, forms development, management of data and integration of OpenText Exstream with core and other enterprise applications.
- Experience of Forms development.
- Experience of Cloud upgrade is an added advantage.
- Participate in the entire system development lifecycle and support applications in the document processing, printing, and mail business.
- Work on multiple initiatives within Document Delivery technology.
- Work closely with multiple teams (Interfacing applications, project team, database administrator, developers, architect) on different platforms (like Unix, include windows, AIX, mainframe).
- Build and maintain reusable artifacts to process high volume data, invoke CCM Tool to compose documents.
- Lead daily stand-up meetings between onsite and offshore and manage day-to-day activities of team members.
- Help develop standard for best practice and maintain documentation.
- Deploy code across multiple environments from test to production.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide production support and development of applications for Document Delivery Technology team.
- Help team in defect triage and technical challenges.
Key Skills:
- Experience in OpenText Exstream 16.x and above. Having Cloud experience is an advantage.
- Having complete understanding on Exstream architecture.
- Previews and generating outputs using Exstream API.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation project using accelerators.
- Metrics & Measurements.
- Defect prevention process.
