Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, implementation, and support of complex customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream Cloud Native.
- Develop and manage Exstream applications within a containerized architecture using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Architect and build robust, scalable, and secure integrations between Exstream and other enterprise systems, data sources, and APIs.
- Create, modify, and manage sophisticated document templates, logic, and workflows using Exstream Communications Designer, Empower, and other related components.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and effective solutions.
- Establish and maintain CICD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment of Exstream applications in the Azure cloud environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures to ensure system stability and performance.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in CCM, cloud computing, and container orchestration.
