Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain document templates, layouts, and workflows using OpenText Exstream.
- Integrate Exstream solutions with upstream and downstream systems (e.g., databases, APIs, print/email systems).
- Develop and optimize high-volume batch and interactive document generation processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Exstream applications.
- Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and change management processes.
- Maintain documentation for design, configuration, and system updates.
Key Skills:
- Hands on experience of OpenText Exstream Cloud, OpenText Exstream 16.4 and above.
- Experience on installation and configuration of OpenText Exstream.
- Hands on Experience on Design Manager/Designer, Communication Designer, Content Author, Workshop, and Job Orchestration.
- Should understand Tenant and Domain concepts.
- Must have advanced knowledge of Design Manager/Designer/Communication Designer.
- Must have knowledge on batch processing.
- Must have knowledge on Print, PDF, and email configurations.
- Must have knowledge on scripting.
- Experience on OpenText System Troubleshooting and end-to-end implementations of OpenText Exstream.
- Ability to handle patching and tuning of applications.
- Must have new development from scratch experience, not just maintenance development.
- Experience with Data Sections, Object Flow, Sorting.
