Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end upgrade execution including SIT/UAT, regression testing, cutover planning, Hypercare support, troubleshooting, and post-go-live stabilization for enterprise OpenText platforms.
- Support integrations with enterprise systems such as Maximo, GIS, engineering systems, and custom business applications in highly customized ECM/EDMS environments.
- Conduct upgrade remediation, compatibility analysis, and maintain customization inventory.
- Work with workflows, WebReports/LiveReports, APIs, and custom OpenText integrations.
