Summary: We are seeking an experienced OpenText Archiving Consultant with expertise in enterprise archiving solutions, particularly with Archive Center, InfoArchive, and Content Server. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting scalable archiving solutions that integrate with enterprise systems like SAP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the end-to-end archiving lifecycle and ensuring compliance with data retention policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement OpenText Archiving solutions across enterprise environments
- Install, configure, and administer OpenText Archive Center / Archive Server
- Manage end-to-end archiving lifecycle (data creation, retention, archival, deletion)
- Integrate OpenText with SAP (ArchiveLink, ILM, DMS, VIM)
- Perform system upgrades, migrations, and patching activities
- Configure and maintain content repositories, storage, and file systems
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot archiving issues
- Execute data migration and archival strategies ensuring compliance
- Support HA/DR (High Availability / Disaster Recovery) setup
- Maintain documentation and provide technical support to stakeholders
