OpenText Administrator

Summary: The OpenText Administrator role involves the installation and setup of OpenText Document Presentment and archiving within a cloud-native environment. The candidate will manage the integration of OpenText with SAP S/4 HANA and coordinate tasks across various technical teams. This position is fully remote and requires extensive experience with OpenText products and Kubernetes. The role emphasizes planning and tracking for successful implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience of Installation and setup of OpenText Document Presentment and archiving in OpenText environment.
• Installation of cloud native version of OpenText products with knowledge of setup on Kubernetes container.
• Past OpenText Installation experience.
• Patching, upgrading, and supporting OpenText environments and integration with SAP S/4 HANA system.
• Setup of new OpenText environments for implementation project.
• Planning, tracking, and coordinating end to end tasks involved in setup of OpenText environment with key coordination between cloud database, azure Kubernetes team, OpenText product team, SAP Tech Arch and SAP OpenText functional teams.

Key Skills:

• Experience with OpenText Document Presentment and archiving.
• Knowledge of cloud-native OpenText products and Kubernetes.
• Experience in patching and upgrading OpenText environments.
• Integration experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
• Project management skills for coordinating technical teams.
