Summary: The OpenShift Engineer role is a 3-month contract focused on supporting a large-scale cloud transformation programme for a leading Global IT Services Provider. The position involves deploying, configuring, and maintaining OpenShift environments, as well as collaborating with various teams to enhance platform performance. The role is remote but may require infrequent travel to London or Edinburgh. The position is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure and support OpenShift environments
- Build, maintain and optimise container platform infrastructure
- Support the migration of containerised applications within enterprise environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues
- Collaborate with architects, developers and infrastructure teams to deliver technical solutions
- Contribute to platform improvements, automation and operational best practices
Key Skills:
- Proven experience working with OpenShift in enterprise environments
