Key Responsibilities:

- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest.
- Knowledge of GraphQL and REST APIs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Previous experience in FinTech, Payments, or Financial Services is a plus.
- Familiarity with modern build tools such as Nx, esbuild, or SWC is advantageous.

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Front End Developer to join an exciting FinTech project on a 12-month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on modern payment solutions used at scale, helping build seamless customer payment experiences using the latest frontend technologies.
What you’ll be working with
- TypeScript
- Node.js
- GraphQL
- Modern Front-End architecture
- REST APIs
- CI/CD and automated testing
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in Front End or Full Stack development
- Strong commercial experience with TypeScript and Node.js
- Experience building scalable front-end applications and API integrations
- Knowledge of GraphQL and REST APIs
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across engineering, product and UX teams
Nice to have
- Previous experience within FinTech, Payments or Financial Services
- Experience with GraphQL Federation or Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architecture
- Familiarity with modern build tools such as Nx, esbuild or SWC
