Summary: The Software Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst role involves designing and executing test cases, performing various types of testing, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a high-quality user experience. The position requires a strong background in QA methodologies and tools, as well as experience in Agile environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans.
• Perform functional and non-functional testing including:
• Smoke Testing
• Regression Testing
• Accessibility Testing
• Performance/Load Testing
• API & Integration Testing
• Conduct accessibility testing using tools such as NVDA, Axe, or JAWS.
• Utilize automated testing tools to improve testing coverage and efficiency.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects using Jira.
• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate on issue resolution.
• Assist in defining acceptance criteria for user stories and work items.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to validate requirements and improve user experience.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Provide demonstrations and walkthroughs to stakeholders when required.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute QA best practices.
• Work with QA Automation and DevOps teams to improve automation and testing efficiency.
• Ensure consistent, accessible, and intuitive user experience standards.
• Participate actively in remote collaboration and on-camera meetings.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of IT experience in operations, programming, systems, or software development.
• 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in remote/on-camera collaboration environments using MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx, etc.
