Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Functional Consultant specializing in Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Subledger Accounting modules. The consultant will engage in business process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and support within Oracle EBS R12. The role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure effective implementation and support of financial modules. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Oracle Financial modules (AP, GL, SLA).
- Configure and support Oracle EBS modules including AP, GL, and SLA as per business needs.
- Lead functional design sessions and prepare functional design documents.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and test solutions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities and resolve accounting issues.
- Assist in Oracle patches, upgrades, and rollouts involving financial modules.
- Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant.
- Strong expertise in Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Subledger Accounting modules.
- Experience in full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations and support engagements.
- Ability to create and maintain functional design documentation.
- Familiarity with Oracle R12 financial data flows and accounting rules.
- Experience with SLA setups and accounting method configurations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
