- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or Systems Engineering professional
- Strong Business Process Analysis, Process Discovery, and Requirements Elicitation experience
- Experience conducting stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering activities
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements, system requirements, process flows, and solution specifications
- Strong experience performing gap analysis, business capability analysis, and future-state solution design
- Experience working directly with Business Product Owners, Architects, Engineering, and Delivery teams
- Strong Systems Analysis experience including APIs, integrations, databases, workflows, data flows, and enterprise applications
- Experience documenting business processes, workflow diagrams, use cases, system interaction diagrams, and solution documentation
- Strong Agile, Scrum, and SAFe delivery experience with backlog refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery support
- Experience facilitating requirement reviews, solution reviews, design workshops, and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills
- Experience identifying dependencies, business rules, risks, constraints, exceptions, and operational impacts
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)
