Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality online counseling services to mostly adults by phone or video.
• Assess clients for suitability for short-term counseling.
• Provide services with kindness, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude.
• Collaborate in developing clear and concise treatment plans for clients.
• Assessing and managing high-risk calls and working closely with individuals at risk.
• Provide clear clinical documentation in our platform that supports progress towards their goals.
• Initiate counseling and outpatient referrals.
• Participate in meetings as needed.

Key Skills:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage/Family Counseling, or related field.
• Active mental health license in Florida (LCSW, LCPC, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.).
• 2+ years of experience in a mental health setting.
• Computer proficiency, solid typing skills.
• Reliable wi-fi/internet access and a distraction-free work environment.
• Crisis management experience.
• Excellent technology and computer proficiency, including the ability to learn new digital platforms.
• Flexibility and adaptability in day-to-day operations.
